I wasn’t expecting too much, but this ended up being really comfortable. I actually slept great on it, which was a nice surprise.

I’ve got a small apartment, and this has been great, honestly. It saves a lot of space in my living room, and still feels useful, without making the place feel crowded.

I had a problem with our Cordaroy cover after using it for a while, i wasn’t expecting the warranty to be much help. I figured there’d be a bunch of back and forth or some reason it wouldn’t qualify. But I emailed support, and they actually replied quickly. They just asked for a couple photos, then helped get the replacement sorted out without making it feel like a chore. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but overall, I’m kind of surprised to say I’m happy with how they handled it.

The fill feels just right. Nice and full without being too much. Super comfy

At first it looked really comfy and I was excited about it, but dog hair stick to it like crazy. My kids also makes it lumpy fast, so it just didn’t hold up well for our busy house.

It looks fine overall. Okay. Nothing really stood out to me, but it’s not bad either. The site is easy enough to browse, which I appreciate, though a few areas feel kind of dated and a little crowded. The colors are simple, which I actually like. Still, the whole design feels basic. Meh. I’d probably give it 3 stars for the look.

I had a problem with my order, and to be fair, support did eventually get it sorted out. I just expected the process to be a lot smoother than it was. It took several emails and more waiting than I thought should be necessary. I’m glad it was resolved in the end, but the whole experience felt more drawn out than it needed to be

I ordered from cordaroys.com and the size ended up being a bit smaller than I expected based on the photos and description. It still works fine, so I’m not totally unhappy with it, but I do wish the sizing info had been clearer. I felt like I had to put in too much effort trying to figure out what size would actually work before ordering, and even then it wasn’t quite what I pictured

My kids seem totally fine with it, so it’s probably okay for them, but as an adult I wouldn’t want to use it for too long. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot better

I’m happy with my CordaRoy’s. No, it’s not the absolute cheapest thing out there, but considering it works as both a comfy chair and a guest bed, I think the price makes sense. We use ours all the time, and it still looks good, so I don’t really get the complaints about value. Shipping was totally fine too. Overall, I feel like we got our money’s worth

I ordered from CordaRoy’s and spent way too long double-checking the size and color because I was sure I’d somehow click the wrong thing. I even remember there was a tiny crumb on my laptop trackpad while I was placing the order, which is such a random detail, but apparently that stuck with me.

When it showed up, everything was exactly what I picked online. Same fabric, same size, nothing missing, and no weird mix-up with the order.

Overall, it was a really easy experience. I got what I ordered, didn’t have to contact customer service, and didn’t have to deal with fixing anything after the fact.

We’ve had our CordaRoy’s for a little over a year now, and my kids have jumped on it, slept on it, and dragged it all over the place. Somehow it still doesn’t have any rips or weird flat spots, which surprised me. Has anyone else had theirs hold up this well with kids constantly using it?

I was excited to try it, but the cover isn’t as soft as I expected. At first I thought maybe I was just being picky, but after sitting on it for a bit, it feels kind of rough and not as cozy as I hoped. It’s not terrible, just a bit disappointing.

I did get a reply from support, but it took longer than I expected. I was kind of feeling pressured to get the issue sorted quickly, so the wait made it a bit more frustrating.

We bought our CordaRoy’s chair mostly for the kids, so I was expecting it to get gross fast with snacks, crumbs, and whatever else they drag onto it.

The cover comes off way easier than I thought it would, and I’ve washed it a few times already. It didn’t shrink or get all weird, and the zipper still works totally fine after washng, which was a nice surprise.

That’s probably my favorite part. It still looks good after dog hair, snack crumbs, and one full juice accident. 5 stars from this very tired mom.

The return has been such a headache. I’m still waiting on my refund, and at this point I’m just tired of chasing it. Definitely not doing this again.

Once this thing is out, I really do love it. It’s super comfy, and my kids have basically claimed it as their spot. But getting the bed back into the cover? Yeah, that’s where the nice polished product-video version of reality falls apart. It took two of us, a fair amount of shoving, and a little frustration to get it back in. It’s not a dealbreaker, and I’d still say it’s a good buy, but it’s definitely not as effortless as they make it look

I’ll admit, I was a little unsure when I first opened it because there was definitely a smell. I let it air out for a bit, though, and it went away quickly. So far, it seems fine.
